bye bye west coast - 06/ 2/06

wassup, rockers?

so we drove our asses across the country and played with i love you but i’ve chosen darkness. they were super cool and sweet to us despite our calling them charlie murphy all the time.

we travelled with our main homegirl, hervostank, and our much much beloved, tinycakes, who tmed and sounded us. he also took us to every amazing vegan/veggie restaurant on the west coast. he fucking rules.

will post a more complete story about our travels soon but there are some new photos of the first part of our trip posted so check em out.

we’re now in barcelona and are psyched to see many bands at the primavera festival that we are playing. we’re gonna check out dinosaur jr., animal collective, esg, gang gang dance, deadly snakes, boredoms, big star, shellac, sleater kinney, deerhoof among many many others. we ran into yo la tengo who are incredibly nice!
